Play Genre (#2)

Shakespere wrote a variety of different plays. These include comedy, historical, and tragidy. Othello is a tragidy. Trageic plays are characterized by a hero with a tragic flaw that leads to his demize. IN the play Othello, Othello is the hero and his tragic flaw may be a variety of things. The most apparent ones are that of jealousy, too trusting, and quick to judgement.These flaws will lead to Othello's death. Which the reader already knows because of the common characterisics of tragic plays. However it is uncertain by act four what this death will be. I also think Cassio and Desdamona will die. Iago will hopefully die or be locked up.
